Procurement Notification of China Southern Airlines Aircrew Service Project

****航空服務(wù)部(以下簡稱“采購人”)現(xiàn)對南航機(jī)組人員異地駐勤保障車輛項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行競爭性談判采購。

China Southern Airlines Co.,Ltd. is announcing to launch the aircrew transpor.tation service procurement project. Please refer below for the details:

Project Introduction

1.1項(xiàng)目名稱：巴黎駐勤車輛服務(wù)采購項(xiàng)目。

Project Name：Aircrew transpor.tation service procurement in the city of Paris.

1.2項(xiàng)目編號：****。

1.3采購數(shù)量：本次采購1家**供應(yīng)商，通過符合性審查供應(yīng)商數(shù)量達(dá)不到計(jì)劃采購數(shù)量的情況，按實(shí)際通過的個(gè)數(shù)推薦。

Quantity：Only one candidate will be sel.ected for this project. If the number of candidates fails to reach the planned sel.ect quantity through the compliance review, it shall be recommended according to the actual number.

1.4 服務(wù)內(nèi)容：本項(xiàng)目為南航異地駐勤機(jī)組所需車輛接送服務(wù)采購，入圍供應(yīng)商需遵守南航機(jī)組保障安全、服務(wù)管理規(guī)定，為南航機(jī)組提供車輛保障服務(wù)；關(guān)注南航航班計(jì)劃，根據(jù)航班計(jì)劃做好接送機(jī)服務(wù)。

Service content: This project is looking for Aircrew transpor.tation service provider. The shortlisted suppliers shall abide by the regulations on Aircrew security and service management of China Southern Airlines.

1.5 報(bào)價(jià)要求：

General requirements of Quotation

本項(xiàng)目報(bào)價(jià)均為含稅價(jià)。本項(xiàng)目采用框架（無固定總金額）采購模式。談判人必須對全部內(nèi)容進(jìn)行報(bào)價(jià)，如有缺漏或超過最高限價(jià)（單價(jià)）的報(bào)價(jià)，將導(dǎo)致報(bào)價(jià)無效。本次采購金額和數(shù)量為預(yù)估數(shù)據(jù)，采購人有權(quán)按實(shí)際需要調(diào)整，并按實(shí)際數(shù)量進(jìn)行結(jié)算。合同期內(nèi)的采購數(shù)量可能會(huì)有所增減，固定單價(jià)不再進(jìn)行相應(yīng)調(diào)整。

The price of this project is inclusive of tax.This project adopts the framework (no fixed amount) procurement mode. The supplier must quote for all contents. If there is any omission or quotation exceeding the ceiling price (unit price), the quotation will be invalid. The amount and quantity of this purchase are estimated data, and the purchaser has the right to adjust them according to the actual needs and settle them according to the actual quantity. The purchase quantity may increase or decrease during the contract period, and the fixed unit price will not be adjusted accordingly.

1.6 服務(wù)地點(diǎn)： 巴黎

Location:Paris

1.7 合同期限：自合同生效之日起2年，具體起始時(shí)間以雙方簽署合同內(nèi)容為準(zhǔn)。

Contract duration: 2 years from the effective date of Agreement

Supplier qualification

2.1 供應(yīng)商****公司，****政府承認(rèn)合法有效的資質(zhì)文件。

Supplier shall be registered in local government and with valid license.

2.2 供應(yīng)商應(yīng)當(dāng)購買相關(guān)保險(xiǎn)且保額能夠覆蓋在履行合同義務(wù)過程中可能產(chǎn)生的任何索賠。

Supplier shall maintain insurance sufficient to cover any claims or liabilities which may reasonably arise out of or relate to its obligations under Agreement.

2.3 車輛供應(yīng)商須負(fù)責(zé)所在地國際機(jī)場候****酒店的交通服務(wù)，保證機(jī)組一人一座，同時(shí)車輛可容納機(jī)組行李，專車按約定時(shí)間接送機(jī)組。

Supplier shall be responsible for the transpor.tation service back and forth the terminal building or parking apron and hotel to ensure that each crew has one seat. At the same time, the vehicle can accommodate the crew's luggage, and the supplier will pick up and dro.p off the crew at the agreed time.

2.4 ****集團(tuán)“限制交易供應(yīng)商名單”且仍在限制期內(nèi)的法人或其他組織不得參與本次談判。

Legal person (The Owner of supplier) or other organizations who is listed in the restricted list of suppliers of Airline and still within the restricted period shall not participate in this tender.

2.5 ****集團(tuán)“禁止交易企業(yè)名單”的企業(yè)，不得參與本次談判。

The Supplier who is listed in the “prohibited list of trading” of Airline shall not participate in this tender.

Supplier Registration

3.1 公告時(shí)間：2023年11月10日至2023年11月14日。

Notification Period: From 10 November of 2023 to 14 November 2023.

3.2 報(bào)名時(shí)間：2023年11月10日08時(shí)30分至2023年11月14日17時(shí)00分，向南航航服部發(fā)送報(bào)名資料（見附表），逾期送達(dá)的報(bào)名資料恕不接受。

Registration Period: Registration form submitted from 8:30am 10 November of 2023 to 17:00pm 14 November 2023.
