4. 具有建筑工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質(zhì)；
5. 具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
6. 擬派項目負(fù)責(zé)人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目負(fù)責(zé)人；

4. Have the qualification of general contracting of Grade 3 or above;
5. Have the safety production license (within the valid period);
6. The person in charge of the proposed project shall have the qualification of registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in construction engineering, have the valid safety production assessment certificate, and shall not be the person in charge of other construction projects under construction;
