二、投標人資格要求：

1、本報價具有嚴肅性，并受《合同法》約束；
This quotation is serious and subject to the Contract Law;
2、供應(yīng)商應(yīng)在報價截止時間內(nèi)按要求填寫有效報價，不按要求時間回復(fù)或無回復(fù)的單位，視為自動放棄報價；
The supplier shall fill in the valid quotation as required within the quotation deadline, and the unit that does not reply or respond without the request shall be deemed to automatically waive the quotation;
3、累計三次不準時或無報價回復(fù)的單位，將被暫停6個月的報價資格，其中允許回復(fù)無**報價的情況除外；
Units that have not been punctual or have no quotation will be suspended for 6 months, except for those who are allowed to reply without resource quotation;
4、報價計算方法，按照采購項目內(nèi)容要求，報理算價或過磅價，報價時在備注中寫明其他必要信息，不按要求報價視報價無效；
The quotation shall be calculated according to the content requirements of the procurement project and ed the calculation price or the overweight price. The quotation shall be indicated with other necessary information in the remarks. Quotations which are not ed according to the requirements will not be invalid;
5、請按照國家標準產(chǎn)品或雙方簽訂的技術(shù)協(xié)議約定范圍進行報價，并按照協(xié)議要求提供相關(guān)的質(zhì)保書、船級社證書、特殊行業(yè)證書等；
Please quote according to the scope of the national standard products or the technical agreement signed by both parties, and provide the relevant warranty, classification society certificate, special industry certificate, etc. according to the agreement;
6、如果供應(yīng)的設(shè)備需要調(diào)試服務(wù)，需注明免費服務(wù)時間；如果調(diào)試服務(wù)另外收費，需注明或上傳日薪費率單；
If the supplied equipment requires commissioning service, please indicate the free service time; if the commissioning service is charged separately, please indicate or upload the daily salary rate list;
7、所有報價為不含稅價，需提供13%增值稅專用發(fā)票
All quotations are not included in the tax price, and a 13% VAT special invoice is required.
8、報價時需上傳與該項投標有關(guān)的必要數(shù)據(jù)和技術(shù)資料（詳見詢價單）

9、報價有效期不低于3個月。

三、投標人須登錄電子交易平臺進行投標和開標活動，務(wù)必在開標前完成注冊并獲得投標資格，中標情況將在本網(wǎng)公示。

五、報名截止時間：2024-10-13 11:16，投標截止及開標時間：2024-10-14 14:00，投標人應(yīng)于投標截止時間前在電子交易平臺成功遞交所有電子投標文件。
