數(shù)量：堆碼機(jī)、堆垛輸送線、裹包機(jī)各1套，捆扎機(jī)2套

技術(shù)規(guī)格：

（1）堆碼機(jī)：固定托盤尺寸1200mm*1000mm（長*寬）。

（2）堆垛輸送線：所有輸送線配變頻設(shè)定，方向均可反向運(yùn)行。

（3）捆扎機(jī)：生產(chǎn)速度≥30垛/小時(shí)（基于204*330ml罐形）。

（4）裹包機(jī)：穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行速度不低于30垛/小時(shí)（基于204*330ml罐形）。

（5）其他詳見招標(biāo)技術(shù)文件。

2. 交貨地點(diǎn)和交貨時(shí)間：

交貨地點(diǎn)：胡志明港，越南

交貨時(shí)間：中標(biāo)通知書發(fā)出之日起8****工廠交貨條件。

4. 購買招標(biāo)文件時(shí)間：2024年10月02日起到2024年10月14日止。

5. 招標(biāo)平臺(tái)使用費(fèi)：招標(biāo)文件英文版及中文版一套（電子版），若中文和英文版有沖突以中文版為準(zhǔn)。

招標(biāo)文件均按標(biāo)段進(jìn)行計(jì)價(jià)出售，投標(biāo)人成功購標(biāo)后，自行下載招標(biāo)文件和投標(biāo)文件模板。招標(biāo)文件一經(jīng)售出不得退還。

6. 投標(biāo)截止時(shí)間和開標(biāo)時(shí)間：2024年10月22日09時(shí)30分（**時(shí)間）。投標(biāo)人應(yīng)于投標(biāo)截止時(shí)間前在寶華智慧招標(biāo)共享平臺(tái)成功遞交所有電子投標(biāo)文件。

7. 開標(biāo)方式：一步法。

9. *對(duì)投標(biāo)人的資格要求：

（1）未被國家企業(yè)信用信息公示系統(tǒng)(www.****.cn)列入嚴(yán)重違法失信企業(yè)名單;

（2）未被“信用中國”網(wǎng)站(www.****.cn)列入失信被執(zhí)行人名單;

（3）投標(biāo)人或投標(biāo)設(shè)備制造商應(yīng)具有與招標(biāo)設(shè)備相當(dāng)?shù)耐愒O(shè)備的供貨業(yè)績，且同類設(shè)備至少應(yīng)在3條兩片罐生產(chǎn)線上有投運(yùn)業(yè)績。

Shanghai Baohua International Tendering Co., Ltd.(Hereinafter referred to as Tendering Agency) is commissioned by Baosteel Can Making (Hue VietNam) Co., Ltd.(Hereinafter referred to as tenderer) on Open Tendering for the following goods required in Vietnam LK Project invites eligible bidders to online e-bidding.

Technical specifications：

（1）Stacker：Fixed palette size:1200mm*1000mm（length*width）.

（2）Can stacks conveyor line：All transmission lines are equipped with frequency conversion Settings, and the direction can be reversed.

（3）Binding machine：Production speed ≥30 stacks/hour (based on 204*330ml can model).

（4）Wrapping machine：Stable operating speed is not less than 30 piles/hour（based on 204*330ml can model）.

（5）Other technical requirements are detailed in the technical section.

2. Delivery time and place：

Delivery time：Delivery at Seller's factory within 8 months from the date of notice of award.

Delivery place：Ho Chi Minh Port, Vietnam

3. *The bidders who have confirmed to participate the bid must log on China International Bidding Website (http://www.****.com), and register. Please make sure you have registered and passed through the annual review before bidding. The awarding will be publicized on China International Bidding Website.

Baohua E-bidding website (http://www.****.com) and China Tendeing Bidding Public Service Platform (http://bulletin.****.com) could also provide the information about tendering project of our company (except invitation of tendering), interested bidders may login to view relevant information. After login, the bidder could purchase tendering document and bid online.

4. Time for purchasing Tendering documents: Starting from：2024-10-02 to 2024-10-14 (Beijing time).

5. Sales prices of the tendering document: One complete set of Tendering Documents both in English and Chinese ( electronic version included). The Chinese language shall govern in case of any discrepancy between Chinese language and the English language.Sales price is 1,200.****.00USD

All tendering documents will be sold per bid package (or section). After purchasing the bid, the bidder can download the tendering document and the template of bidding document. The tendering documents sales are non-refundable.

6. Deadline for bid submission and Bid Opening Time：2024-10-22 09:30(Beijing time). The bidder shall submit all bidding documents on Baohua tendering website before the bidding deadline.

9. *Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：

(1) Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the national Enterprise Credit Information Publicity system (www.****.cn);

(2) not included in the list of persons subject to enforcement for breach of trust by "Credit China" website (www.****.cn);

(3)The bidder or the manufacturer of the bidding equipment should have the supply achievement of similar equipment comparable to the bidding equipment, and the similar equipment should have commissioning and normal performance on at least three two-piece can production lines.
