3.3業(yè)績要求：自2013年1月1日至投標(biāo)截止時(shí)間（以合同簽訂時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)）投標(biāo)貨物制造商應(yīng)至少具有1臺用于航空復(fù)材結(jié)構(gòu)件制造或用于航空金屬材料結(jié)構(gòu)件制造的相關(guān)鉆銑設(shè)備銷售業(yè)績（設(shè)備需為五軸設(shè)備，有效行程長度X≥10米，寬度Y≥4.5米，高度Z≥1.5米）。

證明材料包括：注1：銷售合同及技術(shù)協(xié)議中主要功能的復(fù)印件須能體現(xiàn)簽訂時(shí)間，銷售產(chǎn)品內(nèi)容、規(guī)格及數(shù)量，簽章雙方等關(guān)鍵信息，并提供驗(yàn)收證明，否則將被作為無效證明材料，合同或訂單賣方是制造商或其代理商的均認(rèn)可。注2：上述復(fù)材/航空復(fù)材特指航空碳纖維復(fù)合材料，金屬材料特指航空鋁合金材料。

3.4境內(nèi)投標(biāo)人應(yīng)當(dāng)提供在開標(biāo)日前3個(gè)月內(nèi)由****銀行****銀行****銀行資信證明的原件或復(fù)印件或提供2022年、2023****事務(wù)所出具的財(cái)務(wù)審計(jì)報(bào)告和經(jīng)審計(jì)的資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表、利潤表、現(xiàn)金流量表。

3 Qualifications or Performance to Bidder：

3.1 If the country of origin of the equipment is the People's Republic of China, the bidder must be the manufacturer of the equipment. If the country of origin of the bid equipment is outside the People's Republic of China, the bidder may be the manufacturer of the invested equipment or the agent directly authorized by the manufacturer. If the bidder is the agent, it shall provide the authorization letter issued by the manufacturer, otherwise the bid will be rejected. If the goods submitted by the overseas bidder include the domestic part, the bidder must have the ability to settle in RMB, otherwise his bid will be rejected.

3.2 The bidder shall provide the business license (the enterprise registration certificate material) or the business license certificate document.

3.3 performance requirements: since January 1,2013 solstice bid deadline (subject to the contract time) the bidding goods manufacturer should have at least 1 for aviation composite structure manufacturing and for aviation metal material structure manufacturing of related drilling and milling equipment sales (equipment for five axis equipment, effective travel length X 10 meters, width Y 4.5 meters, height Z 1.5 meters).

Certification materials include: note 1: sales contract and technical agreement copy must be able to reflect the main function signed time, sales product content, specifications and quantity, sign both parties and other key information, and provide acceptance certificate, otherwise will be used as invalid proof, contract or order seller is the manufacturer or its agents. Note 2: The above composite / aviation composite refers to aviation carbon fiber composite, and metal material refers to aviation aluminum alloy.

3.4 The domestic bidder shall provide the original or photocopy of the valid bank credit certificate issued by the bank (opening bank) where the basic account is opened within 3 months before the bid opening date, or provide the financial audit and the audited balance sheet, profit statement and cash flow statement issued by the accounting firm in 2022 and 2023.

3.5 Until the deadline for bidding, if a domestic bidder is listed as the person subject to enforcement for trust-breaking by the people's court or listed in the blacklist of the Ministry of Emergency Management of the People's Republic of China (including the former State Administration of Safety), his bid will be rejected.
