投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:1）境內(nèi)企業(yè)須具有獨(dú)立法人資格，提供有效營業(yè)執(zhí)照；境外企業(yè)，根據(jù)該國（地區(qū)）的法律，****制造廠地址注冊(cè)的有關(guān)證明文件。
2）投標(biāo)人須提供2018年至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽訂時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），不少于 2 套所投產(chǎn)品的30萬噸/年及以上Basell Hostalen HDPE 裝置的供貨業(yè)績，且業(yè)績須為連續(xù)運(yùn)行1年以上的業(yè)績，須提供用戶使用證明及有效的合同掃描件（合同至少包含首頁、技術(shù)部分、簽字頁），原件備查。
3）投標(biāo)人須為生產(chǎn)廠家或代理商，代理商投標(biāo)必須為**總代或區(qū)域代理（提供產(chǎn)品廠家授權(quán)），不接受項(xiàng)目授權(quán)，代理商投標(biāo)需提供代理商簽訂的所代理產(chǎn)品的銷售合同一份。

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Domestic enterprises with independent legal representative qualification, which could provide valid business license; and overseas enterprises, which are required to provide relevant supporting documents for registration at the address of main manufacturing plant according to the laws of the country (region)
2) The bidder shall provide the supply performance of not less than 2 units of Basell Hostalen HDPE units of 300,000 tonnes/year or above from 2018 to the tender closing date, whichever is the time of signature of the contract, and the performance must be more than 1 year continuous operation performance, must provide user proof and valid contract scanning (contract includes at least the first page, technical part, signature page) , the original for reference.
3) The bidder shall be the manufacturer or agent, and the agent shall be the national general agent or regional agent (authorized the product manufacturer), do not accept the project authorization, the agent shall provide a product sales contract signed by the agent.
