****受招標(biāo)人委托對(duì)下列產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)進(jìn)行國(guó)際公開(kāi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性招標(biāo)，于 2024-09-03在中國(guó)國(guó)際招標(biāo)網(wǎng)公告。本次招標(biāo)采用傳統(tǒng)招標(biāo)方式，現(xiàn)邀請(qǐng)合格投標(biāo)人參加投標(biāo)。

項(xiàng)目概況:****因業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需要，采購(gòu)4臺(tái)26****中心。設(shè) 備實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)自動(dòng)送料，一次裝夾完成車、銑、鉆、攻絲等全工序自動(dòng)加工成型，在機(jī)自動(dòng)去毛刺

,成品工件自動(dòng)下料傳送并與自動(dòng)傳輸分揀、清洗生產(chǎn)線集成，數(shù)控系統(tǒng)開(kāi)放信息化接口，具備與 天瑪智控MES、DNC、刀具管理系統(tǒng)等信息化管理系統(tǒng)集成應(yīng)用的功能，實(shí)現(xiàn)零件連續(xù)穩(wěn)定自動(dòng)加工

、去毛刺，無(wú)人值守全自動(dòng)高效生產(chǎn)。

投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績(jī):除第一章 投標(biāo)人須知“2.合格的投標(biāo)人”要求的資格之外，投標(biāo)人還 應(yīng)滿足下列投標(biāo)人資格：

（1）投標(biāo)人信譽(yù)要求：

提供信譽(yù)承諾書(shū)，格式自擬，****公司公章或法定代表人或法定代表人授權(quán)人簽字。

（2）投標(biāo)人所投設(shè)備不是投標(biāo)人制造的，則必須提供該設(shè)備制造商出具的授權(quán)函彩色掃描件，或制 ****公司授權(quán)函彩色掃描件；投標(biāo)人如為制造商授權(quán)中國(guó)總代理或中國(guó)區(qū)域代理，須 提供總代理授權(quán)書(shū)或區(qū)域代理授權(quán)書(shū)彩色掃描件。

（3）銷售業(yè)績(jī)要求：投標(biāo)人近三年（2021年1月1日至今）在直接銷售7****中心

（CNC精密雙主軸、雙刀架）的臺(tái)數(shù)≥5臺(tái)。所提供業(yè)績(jī)包含的設(shè)備必須為7軸（X1、Y1、Z1、X2、

Y2、Z2、B）設(shè)備，帶有B軸，否則在本次招標(biāo)中視為無(wú)效業(yè)績(jī)。投標(biāo)時(shí)須附相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)證明材料（合 同掃描件），合同掃描件須至少包含合同買(mǎi)賣雙方蓋章頁(yè)、合同簽訂日期、設(shè)備名稱型號(hào)及關(guān)鍵技 術(shù)參數(shù)等信息（如果合同中不體現(xiàn)上述信息，須提供與合同對(duì)應(yīng)的技術(shù)協(xié)議或其他證明材料）。業(yè) 績(jī)以合同簽署時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)，經(jīng)銷合同、代理合同等非因使用需求而簽署的銷售合同不屬于有效業(yè)績(jī)。 合同當(dāng)事人名稱應(yīng)和投標(biāo)人名稱一致，分公司****公司（集團(tuán)）授權(quán)的業(yè)績(jī)證明有效
