Performance certification documents include but are not limited to: 1) copies of sales contracts and 2) materials for acceptance upon arrival. The performance certification documents submitted by the applicant must at least reflect the following contents: contract signing time, contract signing page (with both parties' signed or seals), manufacturer's name, goods name and arrival acceptance materials. Failure to submit performance proof documents, or failure to reflect the above performance requirements in the provided performance proof documents, shall be deemed as invalid performance.3.4 本項(xiàng)目允許水下井口溢油回收設(shè)備制造商或集成商或代理商參與投標(biāo)，如果投標(biāo)人為代理商，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)得到所投貨物制造商同意其為本次投標(biāo)提供水下井口溢油回收設(shè)備的合法正式授權(quán)書(shū)。一個(gè)制造商對(duì)同品牌相同型號(hào)的貨物，只可授權(quán)委托一個(gè)代理商參加投標(biāo)。投標(biāo)人將被授權(quán)的貨物再授權(quán)給其他投標(biāo)人同時(shí)參與投標(biāo)的，相關(guān)的所有投標(biāo)將被拒絕。This project allows manufacturer, integrator, or agent of Freestanding riser system to participate in bidding, if the bidder is an agent, bidder shall obtain the legal and formal authorization letter from the manufacturer of the goods to provide the goods for this bidding. For goods of the same brand and the same model, a manufacturer may only authorize one agent to participate in the bidding. Where the bidder sublicenses the authorized goods to other bidders at the same time, all relevant bids will be rejected.3.5 投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商或集成商須同時(shí)具備有效的GB/T19001（ISO9001）質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證證書(shū)、GB/T24001（ISO14001）環(huán)境管理體系認(rèn)證證書(shū)、GB/T45001(ISO45001)職業(yè)健康管理體系認(rèn)證證書(shū)，國(guó)內(nèi)認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)簽發(fā)的證書(shū)應(yīng)可在中國(guó)****管理委員會(huì)網(wǎng)站(http://www.****.cn/)核實(shí)。如果有國(guó)家相關(guān)部門發(fā)布的最新體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，以最新體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為準(zhǔn)。投標(biāo)時(shí)需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）。The manufacturer or integrator of the bidder's invested products shall also have valid GB/T19001 (ISO9001) quality system certification, GB/T24001 (ISO14001) environmental management system certification, GB/T45001(ISO45001) occupational health management system certification.
